We are honoured and pleased to bring you our 3rd annual Bello LeaF (Learning Festival). This series of workshops, forums, and tours will cover our usual wide and rich array of eco-learning topics, and will be presented by nine different local organisations on behalf of the Bellingen Shire Learning Alliance (BSLA) – a network of 14 local sustainability focused groups. The LeaF is proudly sponsored by Kombu Wholefoods, and runs from Friday to Sunday of the festival weekend.
All of the LeaF events are happening as a part of the Winter Music program and are free to festival ticket holders. Non-ticket holders are welcome to join (space allowing) by donation at the event on the day. Come visit the BSLA tent in the Market Park on Saturday or Sunday to learn more about LeaF events or the BSLA and affiliate groups.
Come join respected Gumbaynggirr teacher Michael Jarrett who will introduce you to the rich world of our localindigenous language. Michael teaches throughout the local area and is passionate about sharing Gumbaynggirr language and culture. Brought to you by the Centre for Ecological Learning.
